Swings - Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or designated booking system.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards.
• All sales are final, and bookings are non-refundable. Booked sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours notice.
• Membership fees are billed according to the selected package and are non-refundable.

Facility Use

• Customers must adhere to their booked sessions. Overstaying may result in additional charges.
• Customers are responsible for handling equipment with care.
• We reserve the right to charge the responsible party for any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse.
• SWINGS is a self-service facility; customers are responsible for tidying their area after use.
• Customers are responsible for the conduct of all individuals present at the facility during their designated session, including additional players.
• Any member found inaccurately entering information during the booking process (for example, group size) may be subject to penalties and/or the suspension of booking privileges.
• Please ensure all golf equipment is clean prior to entering the facility, including golf shoes, clubs, and balls. Dirty clubs and balls can damage the impact screens.

Safety and Conduct

• Customers must follow all safety guidelines posted at the facility.
• Swinging clubs outside designated areas is strictly prohibited.
• Any behaviour that we deem inappropriate or unsafe may result in removal from the facility without refund and/or loss of membership.
• The use of alcohol and other restricted substances at the facility is prohibited.

Memberships

• Memberships grant access to the facility based on the selected package.
• Sharing membership privileges with non-members is not allowed.
• We reserve the right to modify membership terms upon reasonable notice to members.

Liability Waiver

• Customers use the facility at their own risk. SWINGS is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur at the facility.
• By booking a session or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge the inherent risks of indoor golf activities and waive any claims against SWINGS, its owners, and staff.

Privacy and Data Protection

• We store customer information securely and only use it for booking, membership management, and promotional purposes with your consent.
• We will not share personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Amendments and Termination

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
• Your failure to comply with these terms may result in membership suspension or the termination of your session without refund.
• If we fail to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions, our failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
• The laws of the Province of British Columbia apply to these terms and conditions and your use of the facility.
• The courts of British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim relating to the facility or these terms and conditions.
